Get into the spirit of fall with a hands-on ceramics workshop creating your own pinch pot pumpkin! You’ll learn the basics of handbuilding as you shape a ball of clay into a charming pumpkin. If you’d like more personality, carve it into a jack-o’-lantern.
This workshop is a fun fall activity for families, friends, and makers of all experience levels. Younger potters are welcome and may need adult assistance with the clay-work.
Details:
Length: 1.5 hours
Includes: Instruction, materials, and glaze firing in the color of your choice
Pickup: Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 4 weeks
Who can join: Open to adults and kids ages 7+. Participants ages 7–17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Finishing add on: Paint and glaze in-studio for an additional $30 if you want more than a single color
