Learn to crochet a square coaster in this beginner friendly class. This class is perfect for those with no experience as we dive into the fundamentals of crochet. You'll leave with the skills to continue practicing and expanding on your foundational knowledge. 

What to Expect:

  • 2 hours of guidance on how to crochet

  • All materials provided — just bring yourself!

  • $60 per person

Ages 12 and up welcome. >>> Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who remains in the studio at all times.

About the Instructor: Rachel is the owner of Hook & Needle, a colorful and welcoming yarn shop in Vancouver, WA. She loves helping beginners feel comfortable trying something new and believes crochet should feel approachable, creative, and fun. Through her classes, Rachel focuses on clear instruction, encouragement, and giving students the confidence to keep practicing long after class ends.

She’s especially passionate about building community through craft and creating spaces where people can slow down, make something with their hands, and enjoy the process.
