Join us for a creative and restorative evening at à la mud in collaboration with sage + blush wellness. You’ll be guided the entire way, and no experience is needed.
This guided experience combines active breathwork, Reiki, and sound to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset. Breathwork invites you into a deeper connection with your body, helping release stored tension and emotion. Reiki is offered throughout to support balance and ease, while sound helps your system settle and integrate.
What to Expect:
• Guided breathwork session

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• 2 blankets
• Small pillow
• Eye mask if you have one
About the Facilitator:
Siri Baruc Thornton is the founder of sage + blush wellness and has spent over 30 years working with energy, breath, and the body. She is a Transformational Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, sound bath practitioner, Akashic Record reader, and host of The Authentic Creative: expanding our capacity to feel good podcast.
