Ready to dive into clay? This 6-week course is perfect for beginners eager to explore the pottery wheel. You’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing—along with a touch of handbuilding—while creating your own functional pieces. Our instructors will guide you step by step in a welcoming environment that celebrates play, creativity, and connection.
By the end of the course, you’ll head home with a collection of finished pieces and the skills to continue your pottery journey. Your first bag of clay, shared tools, and studio glazes are included—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get muddy!

We offer full studio access anytime during our posted open hours for the duration of your 6 week course so you get ample time to practice.
Schedule:
Classes meet weekly on Sundays from 12-2p, starting Sept 13. Please also allocate 30 minutes at the end of each class for studio cleanup.
Who can sign up:
This class is designed for beginners ages 18+, but we welcome teens signed up with an accompanying adult.
