Spice up your day with a handbuilding workshop made for pairs. In this two-hour class, you and a friend will each create one ceramic shaker that comes together as a matching set. It is the perfect date, bestie night, or parent–child activity.

We’ll guide you step by step as you shape, carve, and personalize your shakers using beginner-friendly handbuilding techniques. 

After class, we’ll glaze and fire your pieces. In about four weeks, your finished set will be ready to pick up in a single glaze color of your choice, fully functional and ready to live on your table. You also have the option to come back during open studio hours in about 2 weeks to paint and glaze your set for an additional $30.

Come with ideas and dressed for a little mess. We’ll provide aprons, clay, and all the tools.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll happily move you to another date for something of equal or less in value, free of charge. This policy helps us plan ahead and support our staff and fellow students—thank you for understanding!

Disclaimer

Pottery can be unpredictable! While we take great care with every piece, we can’t guarantee how your work will turn out after firing. By joining the class, you agree not to hold the studio or its team responsible for any damage or defects. 

If your child is under the recommended age limit and is unable to complete their project, please understand that our instructors cannot provide one-on-one attention, as we need to support the entire group of paying participants. If you or your child are being disruptive, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 

Pick-Up Policy

Your finished piece will be ready in about 3–4 weeks. We’ll send you an email when it’s good to go! Please pick up within 3 months of your class—after that, unclaimed pieces will be donated to make space for new creations. If you don’t hear from us, feel free to give us a call.
