Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll happily move you to another date for something of equal or less in value, subject to a 20% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. This policy helps us plan ahead and support our staff and fellow students—thank you for understanding! -
Your finished piece will be ready in about 3–4 weeks. We’ll send you an email when it’s good to go! Please pick up within 3 months of your class—after that, unclaimed pieces will be donated to make space for new creations. If you don’t hear from us, feel free to give us a call.

Pottery can be unpredictable! While we take great care with every piece, we can’t guarantee how your work will turn out after firing. By joining the class, you agree not to hold the studio or its team responsible for any damage or defects.
If your child is under the recommended age limit and is unable to complete their project, please understand that our instructors cannot provide one-on-one attention, as we need to support the entire group of paying participants. If you or your child are being disruptive, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
